Samsung 27" Odyssey G55C QHD 165Hz 1ms Curved Gaming Monitor, 4.7 in Depth

I use it for school during the day, gaming with my laptop at night, music production for my game dev company on weekends, and I keep a PS5 hooked up on HDMI for quick sessions. It handles all of it without a hiccup. Text is razor sharp at 4K, which makes readings, slides, and long docs easy on the eyes. The 144 Hz refresh with low input lag keeps shooters and racers feeling tight on my laptop, and VRR support smooths out the odd frame drop. Colors are vivid without looking cartoonish, blacks are surprisingly deep for an IPS, and HDR is punchy enough to matter. It is not OLED, yet I never worry about burn-in, and the matte finish keeps glare down in a bright room. For production work, the resolution and clean pixel structure give me room for a full DAW timeline, mixer, and plugins at once. The factory tuning is solid, and after a quick calibration the panel looks consistent across the desk. Build quality is sturdy, the stand has useful adjustments, and the OSD is quick to navigate. HDMI 2.1 lets the PS5 push 4K at high refresh in supported titles, and swapping inputs is instant. Fan noise is nonexistent, heat is minimal, and the wake behavior is reliable. After months of mixed use, the G7 has been a problem-free anchor for my setup. If you want a single 4K monitor that does everything well, this is it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I bought this monitor i use it to play in my ps5 and also to watch Netflix, youtube, and many other things buying this monitor is one of the best things that has ever happened to me, before buying this monitor I wasn't going through a great situation in my life, I had a lot of problems to solve at home and I felt so empty because at that time I had almost nothing in my room I slept on the floor because I didn't have a bed but in those days thank god I had already found a job and I had that joy that I was going to be able to save money and buy the things I had always wanted since I was a little boy, everything happened little by little first I bought my bed as I had planned I bought all the things I had always wanted and to conclude my happiness I remembered the times when I was little and I only watched gameplays on youtube about games and everyone had a monitor to get the most out of the gaming experience, and from there I decided that I was going to fulfill the dream of that poor child who always wanted to have his own set of games to play and have fun, I bought the ps5 and combined it with the best technology in the world which is samsung I bought my odyssey g7
