The assembly definitely needed your own tools, the 3 tools they gave were completely useless. Make sure you atleast have an alum wrench, sockets and a ratchet. The steps are pretty easy to follow , with the parts being labeled with numbers. Took a total of about 5 hours to assemble, with some complications but we fixed it.

I was skeptical, but this swing set is super affordable and reliable. The stakes don't do the best, so we used rebar. Other than that it was pretty easy to assemble and came with extra screws in case of any issues. If you have a socket to tighten stuff it's a bit easier too. My kiddos love it.
