Perfect size for what I need!

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this. I originally was looking for a mat about 1 inch thick for my vibration plate because I needed to dampen the sound as I live in a portent and have wooden flooring. Well when I received it it was much larger than expected which is great! My vibration plate fits on it along with now having an area where I can do all of my workouts and therapy on my back! Good quality and very thick!
