These socks are somewhat shorter than I would have liked. They are constructed well with different tension strengths in different zones depending the anatomy they cover. I use them for compression and they have performed well in helping the body remove objects by creating pressure throughout the lower leg. I pair this pressure with Saran wrap and oils or petroleum products like Vaseline. The Saran wrap keeps the skin moist which assists in debris expenditures once the debris is cleared then wet or dry dressings can be applied. Debris is present when no healing is occurring, inflammation is increasing, or some combination of both. Wounds should be healing always. I thought I purchased a large pair of socks or extra large pair. I did notice that after I washed them I could barely fit them. Before I washed them they fit perfectly.

I bought these for my 16 ur old daughter who plays volleyball. They were able to be picked up same day. She is about 6'2" 140lbs. With size 13 in men and womens shoes. She's very thin, so a thicker legged person these would be a great fit for any boy girl man woman. Very comfortable as well. Good material. Not thin at all
