Well I was really surprised by the great price for this item. I had a slight problem with the connecting of the USB cables to my laptop. But it was my bad. The item has 2 cables to power it. 1 reg USB and 1 C cable. I didn't know. I first had both cables plugged in at the same time when you only need 1 or the other. But not both at the same time. Once I figured that part out it works flawless as advertised. Just plug and play. The drivers are already there in the Win 11 operating system. I would definitely recommend to purchase this item or repurchase this item.
