Online description says it works with Windows 11, but paper included with the product showed only as high as Windows 10. Since I needed it, I decided to try it anyway, and it worked perfectly. I simply attached the player's USB cord to my Windows 11 laptop, put in the CD, and voila! Not a single hiccup.

Instructions were exceedingly vague. If you plan to buy this, I hope you have some prior knowledge about how a computer's OS/file system and device recognition system works, because otherwise, you're gonna have to wrangle with phrases like “Open file “My computer”” (??). And as a side note, I DID, before peeking into my Windows computer's control panel, spotting the device, and working from there. Not sure if this is just the case with my laptop. Despite my scathing opener, the device works well, VLC media player runs whatever CDS/DVDS you insert wonderfully. Haven't tried burning any CDS yet, may update if I do.
