After reading a few reviews i was very doubtful on this product but i got my packages one on the day the item said it would arrive and the other was received the day after. My husband got it together in an hr and a half he did say the assembly could confuse you but he got it set up and i absolutely love it not gonna lie i wish the heating would be all the 36 inches but its ok Im loving this product.
