After reading a few reviews i was very doubtful on this product but i got my packages one on the day the item said it would arrive and the other was received the day after. My husband got it together in an hr and a half he did say the assembly could confuse you but he got it set up and i absolutely love it not gonna lie i wish the heating would be all the 36 inches but its ok Im loving this product.

It's honestly really cute. I love the glass shelves. I'm not big on the colors, but they have a soft light color that goes great if the others aren't your thing. You can adjust the look of the flame. Puts off great heat too!! Definitely would recommend and buy again if I ever need another one. I've had it for 6 months so far without any issues
