This is the best yarn for warm blankets!! I have used many skeins of it and there are very few knots in each skein. You get a lot of yarn in each skein. It is super soft and snuggly. I've made snuggly blankets for all ages and it is by far their favorite blanket. It works up super fast if you SC, ch1, skip one stitch, and continue that pattern. SC into the ch1 st each time after the 1st row (ch1 forms a v that is easy to find) If you use any other stitch, it becomes way to heavy of a blanket. If you use any stitch other than SC, it will "worm", creating little loops or bulges throughout the blanket.
