This chair is sturdy and well designed. It swivels and rocks perfectly. Assembly instructions are not detailed enough, especially Step 2. I probably made a rookie mistake, but you need to put on the arms and back of chair at the same time. Start with one side and secure screws with some wiggle room, then do the other side. Then tighten all screws evenly as possible. The 3rd Step is tricky and takes some coordination if you do it by yourself. First chair took me 2 hours and the second one I assembled in 45 minutes because I knew what I was doing! Using a ratchet wrench will speed up the process too. Love my new chairs!
