Flip-flops are too long for me.

I'm glad I didn't spend more money on these flip-flops, because they are too large for me. and I ordered my size, but got size 40, which is a USA size 9, instead.

Never received them and now I'm getting the run around from Walmart to either give me new ones or a refund.
