I usually stay away from green because it's usually not that much more to purchase blue, but I think at the time it was a big enough difference to justify. I paired it with an Intel J4125, so benchmarks will be meaningless, but they were faster than SATA and well under the advertised speeds. I didn't check it in a more capable system, however, it did make the mini-pc powered by the J4125 snappy and responsive. They are built to a cost,but also built well. If you owned a Samsung, WD Black, or other premium NVME, you'll notice the difference in build quality. Also, the sticker doesn't cover the chips, for anyone that want's to put a heatsink on. I was able to use two Raspberry Pi heatsinks on the only two chips it has (480 GB model). On a laptop, if it's a choice between this a a SATA M.2, I'd go with this. I also do recommend price shopping, and checking things like length of warranty (because sometimes there is no price difference between devices with similar specifications).
