This is a beautiful bedspread for a modest price. It goes all the way to the floor and is much better looking than the comforter we had on the bed in the spare bedroom. It is reversible and machine washable. The stitching is very fine also. This was a mother's day present for my wife. She was sick of the old comforter and this bedspread is a comfort for her! I had already ordered and washed this spread in a light beige color. It is very thin but washes great..looks great and is perfect for the summer bed covering at least here in New Orleans, La. ! I knew to buy more colors if available. And so it goes on. I ordered this lavendar and a pure white one. These are really great for most of our year type of weather. Air conditioner is often on during Thanksgiving and even Christmas holidays. Im very very happy with these purchases. I think I got a steal on these. But tell anyone. Im still checking for other colors I can blend in my household.
