The color is gorgeous - a true rich primary crayon orange. No brown undertones at all. It's exactly as it looked on my monitor. Fabric is nicer than I expected it to be, especially for the price. I have cats so I didn't want to spend an arm and leg on something they'd destroy in a year or two. This is a nice light weight too, meaning you could use it in the summer if you sleep with the a/c down low. I bought this and the hot pink (same company, different quilt pattern) thinking I'd keep the one I liked and return the other, but I like both so much that I'm going to change out monthly when it's time to wash the one on the bed.
