My skin is amazing, my hair is growing and the boost of vit c has helped ward off pesky illnesses. Fantastic collagen supplement
I make this into a smoothie and try to have it at least every day or every other day. I put a banana, a little bit of peanut butter, some turmeric, 2% milk, a little over two scoops of the vital proteins as well as cranberries, and mix them together. Be sure not to use dried cranberries, soak the cranberries overnight if you have to. The result is a great smoothie for your joints and for arthritis. I've tried all the vital proteins flavors and they're all great.
