I'm a small person, this fits me perfectly but if you're medium or larger person I'd pass on this one. Assembly was difficult as it was delivered in many pieces…one piece was missing. The heat works well, the massage is more of a vibrate. To put the footrest up, it is a small release type handle near the seat area, something I've never seen before. I love the swivel and rocking combination. Over all it's just ok..the price is a bit high for the quality.
