high DHA fish oil
I saw a recent study on getting rid of visceral fat. the study showed fish oil in a high enough quantity would help get rid of visceral fat. most fish oils are low in DHA this is one of the only ones I found with this high amount. I'm just going to keep on it since fish oils also good for the brain and the heart. they recommended in the study 2,000 mg a day of DHA
