I ordered these before Christmas but shortly after ordering them the seller contacted me to let me know they would not arrive in time for a Christmas gift . The customer service was excellent in offering a complete refund right away or letting me receive them later. I appreciated them letting me know far enough in advance to be able to purchase something else- not many sellers would have done that and left me scrambling to get something at the last minute.
