We love our Keurig K duo Essentials! Are old one wouldn't work anymore so we ordered this one! Well while reading the instructions it says not to use distilled water in them. And that is what we have been using it makes the machines quit working! But I ran some spring water through it a few times and lo and behold it started working again! The old one we've had for 2 years! Surely it will last longer! Well now we have 2! And coverage on the new one!

So happy with this coffee maker

This is a great machine. The single serve side makes delicious coffee. I love the option button for a strong cup. And the full pot side also made a great pot. It is fast and pretty quiet too. The reservoir holds more water than our last model so that is also a plus.
