Very nice machine, with caveats

Not a paid review... Also, how did so many ppl get paid to review this machine?? You can send me a check, oh wait... You might not want to... I like I can make coffee from kcups and espresso with nespresso capsules all in 1 machine. It does what it says it does, and does it pretty well. Some things to improve for the next machine (which I hope they make) 1. Taller machine and larger drip tray to accommodate... Well... Normal size coffee cups. 2. better placement of water tank. Current placement limits where I can put mine 3. Head scratcher... Why a double shot option for original nespresso capsules? This doesn't make good coffee, just sad people. Options for original capsule should be ristretto, espresso or lungo... That's it 4.!BONUS POINTS! add another drawer to do vertuo pods and then keep the double shot option available for those pods.

Beautiful but loud

I was so excited to find this coffee maker. I’ve been searching for a pretty one to match my other appliances. This did not disappoint aesthetically. It is compact, sleek, and beautiful. I’ve only owned Keurig machines and there are notable differences. This one is LOUD! That was unexpected because the pervious 4 I’ve owned were all quiet. The cup holder is tiny, but I detached it from the unit and slide it out enough to center it under my mug. You must actually remove the pod drawer and press the pod down into it before reinserting the drawer. There is no open for stronger coffee, but it makes up to 14oz That’s much more than any of my keurigs. The most notable difference is the taste of my coffee. I don’t like it. I think it’s stronger than what I’m used to. I’ve noticed quite a bit of water releases after it’s finished and I raise the handle. Not sure if that extra water will help any. All in all, the jury is still out. I’m really not please with my coffee which is the whole reason I got it, but it’s so pretty, I want to keep it. I hope this review helps ☕️☕️
