Not a paid review... Also, how did so many ppl get paid to review this machine?? You can send me a check, oh wait... You might not want to... I like I can make coffee from kcups and espresso with nespresso capsules all in 1 machine. It does what it says it does, and does it pretty well. Some things to improve for the next machine (which I hope they make) 1. Taller machine and larger drip tray to accommodate... Well... Normal size coffee cups. 2. better placement of water tank. Current placement limits where I can put mine 3. Head scratcher... Why a double shot option for original nespresso capsules? This doesn't make good coffee, just sad people. Options for original capsule should be ristretto, espresso or lungo... That's it 4.!BONUS POINTS! add another drawer to do vertuo pods and then keep the double shot option available for those pods.

This is a really good Nespresso original pod espresso machine. The dual function of being able to brew K cups was what made us decide to give this a try. Unfortunately a standard size coffee mug does not fit to be able to brew a cup of coffee. The platform that a shorter mug can sit on is not large enough to hold the cup and the vibration makes it slide off so you have to hold the cup in place during the entire brew cycle. Also refillable K cup containers do not fit in the unit so only the plastic K-cups work. . Each time I have made a cup of coffee, the bottom is filled with grinds. At $119, it brews a nice espresso and it’s a really good value. If you are buying it for that, I highly recommend, but if you want to brew cups of coffee, you are better off with something else.
