Well made, pay for assembly, glad we bought it

After several hours to assemble it wouldn’t run. We waited a few days thinking of returning it. But then my husband tried to to start it again, but he held the start button down longer, about 3 seconds, and it started. There was nothing in the instructions about holding it down, but to turn it off you do the same. It’s well put together, nice looking, but the peddle s would be more comfortable if they were set forward more. So because we’re tall we have to put the seat higher. Very quiet. Excited to try it, haven’t yet.

Difficult to assemble, but I do like it.

The assembly was very difficult and took a long time. The instructions quoted 2.25 hrs to assembly, but it took me 8 hours and I'm highly mechanically skilled. Some of the pictures did not match the actual product. In one instance I had to use my own nuts and bolts. The front fender brackets had nothing to attach to. A hole on the chain guard did not line up with the frame. The provided tire pump broke on the first usage. The top speed is 13 mph with one person on flat ground, not the advertised 18/20. I purchased another $100 in accessories to add safety and convenience features. But even with all that, I am very pleased with the trike. I get compliments on it every time I ride it.

like the bike, electronics not so much

assemply photos were ok. really no written instruction. i went about 30 miles total, the bike shut off 3 times. the speed control is all or none as related to motor power. the peddling assist is all or none. no variable or partial assist. the battery indicator stays at full, even after 15 miles. i charged it so not sure if it works at all. i contacted the mfr and got AI feedback saying to replace the speed control, but they didnt send me one or even tell me what or how to order it. would i buy it again, probably not. by the time you fix all the problems, youll have the same money as if you just buy a better bike.
