We bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. FedEx took so long to bring it then said it was lost so we got her another bed that was way more expensive and got a refund a week or 2 later. Then this one got delivered so we got charged so ended up paying and giving it to my son. This one is alot nicer then the one we payed more for but they need to figure out their delivery problems or what's going on with FedEx and them. It's messes everyone up. But other than that 5 stars
