I injured my ankle and was non-weight-bearing for several weeks. Found this chair and am so glad I ordered it immediately. There would have been no other way to take a shower with my leg in a cast. It's lightweight yet very sturdy. It's not slippery, has drainage holes, has handles on the sides, and I LOVE the notch on the seat for the shower hose. That was very helpful. Would highly recommend. Will prob still use when my foot has completely heeled b/c i have a tub so no shower bench. It's great for shaving my legs as well, makes is so much easier.

Easy to put together and safe for shower usage. I had a foot injury and could not put weight on the foot. This shower chair provided a method to take showers while wearing a plastic boot covering the foot wound. Even though it is lightweight, it is strong to support a 250lb person. It is durable and last a long time. The rubber pads on the metal feet keep it from sliding in the shower.

Very pleased.

I have a small tub and it did fit. It does take up space. I have the back of the chair nearest the faucets so that I am facing the back of the tub. For me it makes it easier to get in my tub from the rear which is the way I enter my tub/shower normally. The padded seat cushion is nice but a little chilly to sit on initially. It is very sturdy, easy to put together and was easy to move around.
