Great bike for the money.This is my first ebike so I don't have anything to compare to. However, everything has been great so far and I highly recommend. One issue I had was the stem loosened from the fork. The company got back to me within an hour and sent me videos on how to fix it. I was back up and riding in no time. Tools are in the box and do expect some minor setup such as adjusting the brakes when put together. Awesome so far after a couple weeks. I think I got around 40 miles before needing charged which seems reasonable to me.
