Great bike and great customer service!I haven't riden a bike for quite a while so sadly had contact the company to ask how to use the bike (change gears and use the power). The customer services was awesome!! They were very responsive via email. The bike was almost all set up when I rec'd it. I was able to do it by myself. It's a solid bike. Would recommend it.
