Needed a safe heating source for my outside pets that wouldn't represent a fire hazard. It stays inside their house and they are probably warmer than my house. Definitely an excellent choice for this application. Would recommend for any smaller area.

fantasitc little heater
Pay no attention to the negative reviews. (People generally don't understand how radiant heat works- it's not like blown heat from a furnace.) At half power this little heater heats my 1500 sq ft living room toasty warm. It's small enough to put on a table so I don't have to worry about tripping over it or the dog knocking it over. It's completely silent, only soft clicks as it cycles. I higjly recommend this and would definitely buy it again.
