Ringside Apex Speed Bag XS Blue/White

So I like the bag over all but it's a little too bouncy for me. It's very light and bounces back very fast. No effort is needed to hit this bag for long periods of time. But fun and well made.

Because it's smaller, it bounces around more easily, kinda frustrating. You 'might' get more experience out of it by learning to punch faster and trying to better control the bag from spinning outta control and breaking your flow or concentration.
