The wheels are really excellent. While it is rated at 500 pounds capacity, I would hesitate to load that much on it. The handle has a "U" shaped collar that fastens to the lower body above the base to lock the handle in its upright position. The collar doesn't lock into place securely.

Works great,,,But…..

Works great for what I need,,, I have a very bad back pain and it was always hard for me to get my groceries when they were delivered. I use mine to transport groceries to the kitchen,,, I found a box that fit perfectly,,, now the only problem is that it slides around on it,, I got some rubber like inside a tool box and stuck on it and now it's perfect . Keeps everything in place !!!
