[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress is so pretty!! I cannot wait until warmer days so I can wear it! It can be worn off the shoulders or on them depending how you're feeling. It is not low cut at all, it is nice and long the only complaint I have is it does seem to cling to my legs with static but I'm not sure if it's the weather/me or not! But I can't wait to wear it on date nights in the warmer weather!
