Only 5 working setting on nozzle.

I contacted the manufacturer when I received it because its supposed to have 10 settings for the water selection, and only like half of them are usable, meaning the other settings are just a picture that don't do anything. They told me that it had ten settings even with sending them a picture, but it doesn't it has 5 usable settings, and thats it. I would not buy again, and now I have to buy a different head to get all 10 settings that I wanted hence as to why I bought it to begin with. In the picture I marked the ones that are just pictures or dont work at all.
