Do not crush, chew, or break tablet. Take with a full glass of water. This product can be administered without regard for the timing of meals. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over: 1 or 2 tablets every 12 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Do not use. Store between 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C).

Fabulous to be able to find a bottle / an actual large quantity that you don't have to press through the plastic foil seal. Husband takes one each day for lung congestion. Mucinex is incredibly effective! During the cold season he needs two. We were surprised, and it's our own fault for not connecting with the details, be aware these are 600 mg tablets not the 1200 mg. He will go thru the bottle faster than originally anticipated according to his breathing needs. Very much appreciate the 500 quantity availability!
