I just received this shark pro pet vacuum and it's the easiest vacuum to put together! I charged it and after it charged i vacuumed my house - it has really great suction power! I'm very impressed at all the dirt it picked up when I thought my house was clean!!! I can't believe how easy this vacuum is to use and it cleaned my hard wood floors better than I could imagine! I love the extra power option also! I really love this vacuum as I have long hair and I experience no problem with hair clogging the vacuum like other vacuums do! I'm so happy to have found a vacuum that is great with my long hair and my cat!! Buy this vacuum - I promise you'll love it!!!!!

it sucks real good,,,just like the one my wife bought in eureka ca. TARGET store because the one we bought from you DID NOT GET DELIVERED the same day as promised and we had to leave for our family cabin vacation,,, it came THE NEXT DAY !!!!!!!!! the one we got from TARGET was $ 60.00 cheaper than you guys,,you $229,,them $169,,,,but we'll keep them both,,,we like them just fine as it turns out.

Wheels squeak on floor when rolling. Sits a bit high off floor for hard surfaces and you can't adjust the height. It gets stuck in stand up position and doesn't easily maneuver around obstacles. There is not an attachment for hand held cleaning of stairs or furniture (aside from the hard plastic stick attachment).
