Was happy until a rust spot appeared

Tub already has a rust spot coming through on the side after only 8 months of use. Nothing was damaged during install nor from normal use (nothing heavy or sharp dropped in it). Was very happy with the tub until this happened. Will be filing a warranty claim. Hope AS backs up their product.
