These chairs are very well made, strudy and easy to assemble. They look very nice and hold up very well. i have had 4 of them for 3-4 years and ordered 2 more. The new ones look exactly like the older ones side vy side, so there has not been any change in color or condition over the years. The white is just as nice and durable as it was when first purchased years ago. a trstament to how well the chairs hold up.

Read and re-read instructions

Definitely read the instructions but it wasn't clear on the first step. I made the mistake of using the longer screws and they went through the wood in the back. Definitely my fault and I even read the instructions, you need both the long ones and the short ones on that first step but don't mix them up.
