Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 capsules; do not take more than 4 capsules in 24 hours. Children 6 to under 12 years: Take 1 capsule; do not take more than 2 capsules in 24 hours.
Instructions
Take the appropriate dosage 1/2 hour before starting activity or when you experience symptoms to help prevent or relieve the nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness. Amazed that it really worked!
I have had motion sickness issues for at least 20 years. I cannot take Dramamine…even the less drowsy kind without ending up in bed all day. Makes me severely sleepy. I used Scopolamine patches and they work, but now I developed high Blood Pressure and You are not supposed to use them if so. I recently wanted to go on a boat trip with my son and grandkids. I did not want to miss out. So I started researching and I discovered these pills. Felt like I was taking a big risk at getting seasick that I wanted to go so badly that I tried these herbal pills I’ve never had success with all natural in the past so I was highly skeptical. They worked amazingly great! I never got queasy or anything. I was so excited! Enjoyed my time with my family and I did not get sick. I will always use these in the future.

Works Well for Flying (for trips) No Drowsiness
I took Advanced Herbals by Dramamine on a recent flight, and it definitely helped with motion sickness without making me sleepy. It’s a great alternative to regular Dramamine if you want relief without drowsiness. The only downside is that you can taste the ginger in burps, which isn’t terrible but something to keep in mind. Other than that, it works well, and I’ll keep using it for travel.
