Sun Joe 25ft Medium-Duty Pressure Washer Extension Hose for SPX Series & Others

I had a small issue with my pressure hose. I emailed Sun Joe customer service, explained the issue in detail and all was immediately resolved. I was sent a replacement hose at n/c....with the heavy duty hose that I initially wanted....no questions. The customer service rep was as kind and as professional as one could expect. Hard to get this type of service these days. Now I'm even happier I purchased my pressure washer from Sun Joe because I feel they do, in fact, stand behind their product just as they say. I highly recommend doing business with Sun Joe products. I did a lot of research before buying and it was all Sun Joe and now I see why.

Adding this 25' of hose to the 20' makes getting pressure washing jobs done very easy and not have to relocate pressure washer constantly. This hose is twice the quality of the original supplied SPX pressure washer hose. Only complaint is I wish manufacture of the SPX pressure washers would increase size of hose holder to accomodate extra hose length. Same goes with electrical cord increased to allow wrapping cord and not just hanging cord.
