Hose Hawk Pro Pressure Washer, No Power Needed High-Pressure Water Jet, 3 Adjustable Modes for Car Washing, Garden & Window Cleaning

I wrote the company that sent the pressure washer. I requested some instructions on the proper way to use the device with the parts that they sent. They showed no instructions how to install them and when I wrote to them, they didn't give an explanation how to use it or why the parts didn't match the description that they had given me. I sent a second response to them and I've never heard anything back from them so if you want to use the device, you need to have instructions so that you use it properly which they do not provide. that is the reason I marked it as a one star because if you can't be given proper instructions to use it, you could harm the pressure washer or yourself.
