it would be nice if the removable dividers worked front to back instead of just side-to-side because then i could see what each compartment is holding without having to fully remove it from the main case, but besides that, it does its job of taking my messy pile of screws and nails and putting them into nice, neat, little sections, which makes finding stuff that much easier.
