The Everglow Carex is one of the newest additions to the Evercolor series of dynamic Sedge Grasses. This variety features bright true green and creamy white variegated foliage. You'll find the "glow" in the center of this plant where the white edges take on a bright orange hue. This is a naturally clumping variety that reaches 12-18 inches tall and wide at maturity. Once fully established, this plant is drought/heat tolerant and easy to care for. This variety is hardy from USDA Zones 5-9 and grows best in partial sun. It prefers average to rich garden soil with good drainage. Water your new plantings 2-3 times per week for the first growing season. These Everglow Carex are well-matured into their 2.5-quart pots. They will tend to range from 4-8 inches tall with a wider spread when shipped.
