I thought it was a little pricey at $12 plus dollars but it's a 5-lb bag so there is a Lot! Love this veggie, ate it 2 to 3 times a week growing up. Boil till tender, drain and sauté olive oil and garlic in a fry pan, add over the yuca and delicious!!'

Yuca Root! A nice change from potatoes.

So glad to see this at our store. The vein in the middle is small and the taast is great. Although pieces very in size it is still easy to cook and to remove the vein.
