Easy to assemble, folds up easily. Does not come with extra hardware so don't lose any pieces. Mattress is subpar so we're using a different one from another brand. The board that holds the mattress is thin and seems iffy, but once mattress is on it feels sturdy for what it's holding (a fat baby)

I love the wheels because I can wheel him over to the side of my bed or push it against the wall when not in use.
