This was not a perfect experience but sometimes the way a company handles a not perfect experience says more about them. The dresser arrived on time, as scheduled via FedEX. There was just one driver and this sucker is heavy. My husband went to assist but the driver abandoned the item once my husband went out. Bad on FedEx. While assembling the item, we found a broken piece. We were able to continue putting it together minus one drawer. I then sent an email informing Sauder that the part was broken. The replacement part arrived 3 days later! Excellent service. Overall this is a good value for this price point. The drawers are deep and hold quite a bit. My daughter already had the chest of drawers and consistently stuffs them over full and they have not broken. She has had it for a couple years.

It took 2 people about 3 hours to build. The instructions were clear, and all the hardware was all there. However, once assembled, the drawers are funky, and most of them don't open correctly. In fact, only 1 drawer on each side can open at a time, and the middle drawers are unable to be opened unless you lift the top drawers up. It's not good quality, especially for the price. Wish I could send it back, but it's built now.
