FoodSaver Heavy Duty Vacuum Seal Rolls, 11" x 16', 6-Pack

My FoodSaver was a gift from my sons 11 years ago. I use it a few times each week to prep and freeze single servings. I've learned to make economical 1/2 size bags. Also, if prepping something juicy like cooked ground beef,. size a few bags, put filled and still open bags in freezer til liquid is solid before vacuum sealing. I cook up about 2 1/2 lbs of cooked chicken or beef and that gives me about 6 meals frozen and ready to use in a variety of ways for quick meals!

I have been using FoodSaver products for many years now. The main reason is that I buy many items in bulk, especially certain meats when they are on sale. This way I can divide the items up into meal size portions and then freeze them with no worries about the items getting frostbite. I also have a veggie garden and make my own pasta sauce which I put into the bags to freeze for use during the winter months. These larger bags are perfect for that because after I seal them, I lay them flat on a tray, put them in the freezer, and when frozen, all I have to do is remove the tray and leave the sealed items in there. I highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed.
