It is a little heavy. To me, that's a good thing. The drawers move smoothly. I have another standing tool box that was stuffed. I needed more space and it worked as invisioned. No complaints. i measured the box and ordered an ordinary kitchen rolling stand. The box fit like a glove on top. It is basically the same as my expensive rolling box, but much cheaper. The other shelves allowed me to store several small power tools. A good combination. Buy it!

Nice, heavy and drawers slide easily and are more useful than smaller competitors. Though there were numerous dents in the shipping box, no major damage to the box itself, Except some kind of chafing to the chrome drawer's handles. I haven't figured out how that could happen. Kind of looks scuffed up by sandpaper. Since no major dents (I guess I got lucky with shipping), I can live with the scuffing on the chrome drawer's handles.
