[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having never worn a bra/ shaping camisole before, I was surprisingly pleased that the bra and strap could actually be comfortable, non-bonding, and that be stretch type material actually does smooth my waist, line and hips! I am 5'5', with smaller shoulders, thicker middle, and curvy wider hips. The size I purchased was a large. The design of the camisole very slightly tapers out from the waist to the hip area. The length of the camisole is quite long: it extends to the bottom of the hip area, to help control all the bulges through the hip area. Because I have wider hips, for me, if the binding camisole had been more of a bell shape, instead of mostly a straight shape, it would have allow a more comfortable and better fit for the curvier body. I do have to keep smoothing it down so it won't bunch up in my waist area, but it is a great design. I might prefer a little looser, less restrictive fit in the torso and hips. But overall this is an excellent product and helps create a very nice silhouette under clothes.
