They work and fit well for me. I don't seem to have the problem of hearing direction that I have seen comments on, I can determine what direction the sound is coming from. Since they collapse down, they don't take up a lot of space. I just started using them but they look and feel sturdy, time will tell. I did get these on sale, if you can get them on sale. I would definitely recommend trying.

My friends that tried them loved them for taking all sounds and making them flat. Speak loud or soft, all the same volume. Loud sounds/noise reduced to a flat tone.
