I chose this product specifically because it has no added flavors or sweeteners. I add it to my overnight oats for protein and then add my own natural flavors and sweeteners. it works great.

I am fairly new to the whole healthy eating routine I am trying to incorporate a lot of new foods into my diets along with my kids. I have been making protein shakes for us as we generally skip breakfast but I was always needing a protein that I could add to certain foods without messing with the flavor. As of right now I have used it in my yogurt for added protein to help keep me fuller longer. I have aslso added this to my bread dough to make the bread full of protein. So far I have no complaints it's a white/beige in color and had the consistency of flour. I will be adding this to homemade protein shakes once I get a few receipes I know I'll like. I have not noticed any weird after taste or odd taste. This is saying something since I'm new to this whole new healthy eating that I have jumped into.
