I love it so much I have two!!

This is the best little machine you can have in your kitchen. I have 2 now that I use constantly - and very rarely for pizza! We use them for appetizers, chicken strips, tater tots, quesadillas, etc, etc. We've made frittatas a couple of times - that wasn't my favorite... but anything you want to cook quicker than it would take in an oven, requires no oil and come out crispy, this is the thing to use. Sidenote: the front and back edges are a little delicate - do not drop on tile if you can avoid it! They still work perfect...just don't look as pretty. :)
