Comes fully assembled. Only recommendation is if you sweat and/or use tanning lotions, cover it with a beach towel or pick a darker color. The mesh flap hanging off one side is nice for putting things in that you don't want on the ground or in the sun. Easy to change the back setting on the chair. Thought the face and arm holes were silly until I tried it and can watch videos, read a book, text. Only complaint is it could be a bit wider. Arms at your side isn't that comfortable.

This chair has everything I needed. It's long enough. It's comfortable enough. It lays flat. It even has a hole where you can put your head and arms that you can. You can put your arms through if you want to read a book or something and just fall asleep in the sun, so I'd like to recommend this one.
