Lighter than store brands.

I have used all of the major brands of oil, and Crisco is what I always go back to. It does not feel as heavy as the store brands and fries food to a golden brown. I don't fry a lot of foods, but when I do I use Crisco. I even remember my mom and grandmas using Crisco all the way back to the 80's. It has been around a long time so I trust the brand.

I grew up with Crisco in the kitchen. Since it has been my kitchen I used store or discount brands since I had to watch budget closely. I still do, BUT not I only cook for me so I can afford for things to taste a little better. That means Crisco is back.

I store al my cooking oil in the fridge because they do go rancid and you should be careful. Off brands solidify in the fridge this one remains clear and clean looking. Nothing wrong with the other soybean oils but this has the best look and taste no question.
