Recommended by experts, I started taking this, happy with it, though it is a bit more difficult to swallow than a lot of gelcaps, I like the fact that it is derived from algae, which is probably more sustainable than a lot of sources like wholesale destruction of krill in the Arctic, on which whole ecosystems rely. I will reorder.

Nordic Natural's Algae Omega is the best vegan source of omega-3 oils we've found. Aside from the excellent quality, one thing in particular stands out with Nordic Natural's Algae Omega capsules -- unlike many other sources of plant-based omegas we've tried that have a strong algae or fish smell or taste, Nordic Natural's Algae Omega have an every so faint, pleasant smell and taste. We have been using them for years and couldn't be happier.
